Sellers set up time

Sellers are allowed in 1 1/2 hours before buyers, to allow them time to set out their products or items in a relaxed atmosphere, and get refreshements etc before the selling commences.

Buyers

Buyers entry will be strictly 7pm onwards. You are welcome to arrive earlier and queue to give yourself the best chance of the bargains however no access to the event will be allowed for ANY reason

Food and Drink

Refreshments will be available all evening from the Kings Bar, next to the riding school, take-away, sit down meal, sandwiches, chips, drinks and more...

Bookings

There are a limited number of pitches because the event is indoors, so please pre-book to avoid disappointment. Use the booking form or email or call us.  

Type of pitch

Indoor Table top/ pitch space  - £8.00

Trade Pitch - saddleries etc, £12.00 (or £20 for a double pitch)

NO horseboxes or trailer pitches available as due to time of year it will be dark.

We will allow local producers of non horsey items, such as local farm producers, or sellers of dog / pet products to have a pitch, subject to spaces available. We advertise on Riding Diary, NFED, Hampshire Rider, and many other websites, to attract people from across the county to our events.

Buyers entry will be strictly 10am onwards. You are welcome to arrive earlier and queue to give yourself the best chance of the bargains however no access to the event will be allowed for ANY reason, and there are no refreshements or toilets available to buyers until 10am. 

Food and Drink

Refreshments provided at all events, at summer events there will be a burger van, or you can head across to Kings restaurant for something a little more special.

Type of pitch

Carboot pitch - £8.00  (1 car only)

Trailer or Horsebox pitch £10.00 - you can sell items from the lorry or trailer, as well as having it advertised for sale if you wish - no extra charge.

Trade Pitch - saddleries, retailers, huge pitch! £20.00

Conditions of Entry

The sale of food and beverages is not permitted

Any transaction is between vendor and purchaser alone and the organisers accept no responsibility

Exhibitors are responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property occaisoned by and of the stands or appliances or any act or ommision by themselves, their staff, or contractors.

The organisers are are not responsible for the security of goods being offered for sale, before, during or after the event.

All dogs MUST be kept on a lead and under control at all times. ( NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE AT INDOOR EVENTS- EVEN IN CARS)

NO horses or other animals for sale may be brought to the events.

All sellers must adhere to regulations governing the sale of regulated items, such as but not restricted to, knives, gas, electrical equipment.

Children must be supervised at all times, and must not be allowed to run freely through the site.

We will do all we can to prevent accident or injury, however, the organisers acceot no responsibility for damage howsoever caused, to a person, their property or their vehicle, before, during or after and event.
